Deposits
Deposits are at a minimum of £20 per person and are non-refundable.
All major credit/debit cards accepted. The FULL balance must be paid up on arrival. (Balances paid by credit or debit card will be subject to a surcharge) Cheques are only accepted for the deposit.
Cancellations
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total balance will be charged to the named person responsible for the original booking. Credit cards will be charged the full amount to the person who made the original booking.

Conduct
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests.

Damages
All damages will be charged to the named person responsible for the original booking. Credit cards will be charged if payment is not made before departure.

Smoking policy
We are a non-smoking guesthouse. Any Guests causing us suspicion of smoking in their rooms will be asked to leave and the booking will be cancelled with all charges due plus a room cleaning/loss of revenue charge of up to 2 nights room rate.

Keys
Lost keys are charged at £35.00 per set which, the “Party Leader” agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the credit / debit card if supplied to pay the deposit, without any further permission being required.

Holiday Insurance
When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday cover.
